I Deserve…A Poem

Hey there you amazing magical being! If this is the first article that you are reading on This Realm of Existence Blog & Podcast, welcome!  This is a safe space that encourages peace, love, and prosperity.

I am honored that you have taken the time to check out my blog and podcast.  If you have ready any of my previous articles, you know that I am a lawyer by day, but my true passion lies in writing.  I love all things creative, and I especially enjoy seeing a story come together.  Thus far, I have written several short stories and many original poems.  My book of poetry is forthcoming.

Deep down, I have always known that writing was my passion, but as life continued and I got older, I went with what I believed to be the “safe” route, although in today’s economy, there really is no “safe” route per se.  I know that this was simply fear rearing its ugly head, until one day in 2022, I decided to put myself out there.  I decided to be vulnerable, which is scary, yet exciting.  Being vulnerable takes courage, but we all know that life is short, and rather than having regrets, I always want to say that I at least tried.  I encourage you to do the same.  Whatever it is that you desire to accomplish, go for it! 

So, without further delay, I want to share one of my poems that I wrote entitled “I Deserve.”  This poem is dedicated to everyone who knows and believes that they deserve all of their hearts’ desires.  You truly deserve it all.

I Deserve

I deserve a great and magnificent love.

I deserve unconditional love where I am understood.

I deserve to be treated like the Goddess that I am.

I deserve my dream life.

I deserve to build an empire and create a legacy.

I deserve things not yet fathomed.

I deserve to have an unlimited mindset.

I deserve a life of abundance and prosperity.

I deserve good health.

I deserve wealth.

I deserve everything positive in my life.

I deserve it all.

You deserve too.

There you have it!  And yes, you deserve too!  You deserve to live the life that you want, and never allow anyone to tell you otherwise.  As I continue to work on all of my goals and dreams, including my book of poetry and other creative works, I hope that you will do the same, and go after everything.  You deserve to pursue your passion and to be happy, so go forth and be great.  Push through any fears that you may have, and remember that you can do it.  Keep being the amazing, magical being that you are!
